And if you’re a fan of samosa (commonly called “samboosa” in Saudi Arabia), you want to make sure that you don’t eat more than what your body can burn.

I know that creamy cheese alone in samosa can make your mouth water like that of a starving lion that has just stumbled upon a herd of deer for the first time in weeks.
