If you’re like me and you believe in counting calories, then you would certainly want to know what you’re banking in terms of calories at the end of each day. And if you’re a fan of samosa (commonly called “samboosa” in Saudi Arabia), you want to make sure that you don’t eat more than what your body can burn.
I know that creamy cheese alone in samosa can make your mouth water like that of a starving lion that has just stumbled upon a herd of deer for the first time in weeks. And not to talk about that crunchy samosa pastry…yummy.
